I've been struggling with my longer (ok - longish is a better word) runs lately and I'm trying to work on regaining my stamina and speed. I had a particularly rough 6.1 miles today in Ocean CIty MD, but it's hard to complain when the view is so pretty.... Happy Labor Day Weekend Everyone!
